Miss Jen Dillow-Wynen
Miss Jen fell in love with gymnastics at the young age of 2 and continued her career for the next 13 years competing across the state and eastern US.
After her retirement she began coaching at Pottsville Gymnastics Training Center and it wasn’t until college that she switched gears and began training in dance.
Throughout that time she trained in Hip Hop, Irish, Latin, Modern, and Acro performing and choreographing for the Bloomsburg Dance Ensemble.
Upon graduating, she stumbled upon the amazing dance family at CSPAC and has been teaching there since 2005.
She currently hold a Masters degree in Educational Development & Strategy from Wilkes University, a Holistic Health Coaching Certification from Integrative Institute of Nutrition and is in the Doctoral/PhD program for Integrative Medicine.
She is passionate about health and wellness and loves teaching fitness, yoga, Essential oil classes and especially DANCE with her Ohana here at Culture Shock. She believes with hard work and dedication, ANYTHING is possible!
