Miranda Larson

Miss Miranda Larson

Miranda has worked in the entertainment industry since she could walk.  She grew up in and around theatre with parents who worked as professional performers, directors, stage management and choreographers and who later on opened their own performing arts school in Southern Utah where Miranda studied dance and musical theatre.

She moved to NYC for college at Pace University where she studied theater acting while taking tap and dance classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway alongside other professional dancers.

She began her adult career as an actress, writer, & filmmaker working with independent theatre and films in New York City which has garnered her several awards on the theater & film festival circuits.

Every summer since she graduated high school, Miranda returned to teach tap and acting at her home performing arts studio to students between the ages of 2-19.

In 2023, she moved to Pennsylvania with her husband where they began renovating their new home and learning how to garden.  She is so excited to be a part of the Culture Shock team and share her love of tap to the students here.
